Charter Oak Health Center offers many valuable services to the Greater Hartford community. We worked carefully with Charter Oak to design a homepage that would highlight their 20+ services and all the great work that they do for people in need.
While the home page was designed to highlight their services, it remains practical and easy to navigate, offering the ability schedule an appointment, access the patient portal, or receive directions to their office locations within a click!

Charter Oak Health Center promotes healthier communities by providing quality, safe, patient-centered health care services in medically underserved areas, regardless of ability to pay. Since 1978, Charter Oak Health Center, Inc., a federally qualified, nonprofit community health center – has continuously provided community-based primary health care to residents in the greater Hartford area. They have grown from a small organization operating out of an apartment building to the 60,000 square foot building our patients now call their medical home.
